Complaints &
Resolution

Tell us what happened, what you have tried and the outcome you are seeking.

Use the store’s support route for an order. TN can help route a concern or review matters relating to the portfolio and TN engagements.

Start with the team handling the matter

For a product or order, contact the relevant store first. For this portfolio, privacy or a TN business engagement, use TN Contact and choose Complaint. If you already contacted a store without resolving the issue, include that context.

What to include

Give your name, a reply email, the brand or project, order or invoice reference, relevant dates, a concise description of what happened and the resolution you would like. Refer to previous correspondence where available. Do not send passwords, OTPs, complete card details or unnecessary identity documents.

How a concern is reviewed

The team reviewing the matter may request relevant information, check available correspondence and transaction or delivery records, and involve the store or service provider concerned. We aim to provide a clear explanation of the outcome and any next steps; the time needed depends on the issue and evidence.

If you disagree with the outcome, reply with the disputed point and any new information and ask for a further review. Keep copies of references and responses.

Payment and security concerns

For an unauthorised debit or compromised payment account, contact your bank or wallet provider promptly as well as the relevant store. Do not wait for this complaints process before securing an affected account. See Payment & Transaction Safety.

Your independent rights

Our internal process does not restrict any applicable rights to approach a consumer-protection body, payment provider, regulator, court or other appropriate authority. Any deadlines or procedures imposed by those bodies remain separate.
