Product-specific coverage
Any commercial warranty must be stated for the particular product by the store or manufacturer. Do not assume that every item has the same warranty period or that TN’s portfolio adds a separate warranty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Reporting a fault
Contact the store with your order reference, product, date received and a description of the fault. Include the model or serial number only where relevant. Follow the instructions supplied with the product; stop using a product if it appears unsafe and ask the store for guidance.
Assessment and remedies
The store or warranty provider may need evidence or an inspection to assess the issue. The available remedy—such as repair, replacement or refund—depends on the product, the applicable terms and law. Any exclusions, return costs or inspection steps should be explained for your case, rather than assumed.
Business-project support
Support, maintenance and corrections for separately commissioned TN work must be defined in the written agreement. A portfolio listing or initial enquiry does not create an unlimited support commitment. For help finding the right team, use Contact.
