Cancellation Policy

How to request a cancellation and confirm what happens next.

Last updated:

Contact the store or project team promptly. A cancellation request needs a confirmed outcome.

Store order cancellations

Request cancellation from the store as soon as possible, quoting your order reference and the items involved. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its status and the policy that applied when it was placed. Sending a request is not confirmation that processing or dispatch has stopped.

Dispatched orders and paid orders

If an order has already been dispatched, the store will explain any available delivery or return options. Do not assume that refusing a parcel automatically cancels a payment. Ask for confirmation of the outcome and any lawful charges.

For an accepted cancellation of a paid order, ask the store to confirm the refund amount, payment method and expected timing. See Returns & Refunds.

Cancelling a business engagement

Use the written agreement for any separately commissioned TN work. Contact us with the project or invoice reference and the work you wish to stop. Any settlement should account for agreed milestones, work already completed and authorised commitments, subject to applicable law. An initial enquiry has no cancellation fee.

Getting confirmation

Keep the cancellation request and any reply. If there is uncertainty or disagreement, use Contact or our complaints process. We do not publish a universal cancellation fee or deadline for every store or project.
